15 STEMship students commenced their training at Tighes Hill TAFE NSW on Monday 9th September.
The students will complete a Certificate III in Engineering – Technical, complete a work placement and explore some of the Hunter region’s Defence businesses. The objective is to introduce students to skill development in mechanical engineering, fabrication and electronics while increasing awareness of Defence industry and manufacturing occupations in the region.
